Trent Allen was born in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in English in 1995. After leaving college in 1985 to pursue a career in music, Trent gained extensive experience in the recording industry both as an artist and as a performer as a co-founder and member of Athens-based recording artists Dreams So Real. Through the early 90s, Trent toured both nationally and internationally and released four albums including Rough Night In Jericho whose title track garnered heavy airplay on radio and MTV reaching #28 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Chart in 1989.  The band also produced several music videos and appeared in motion picture and nationally televised programs during the 80s and 90s.

After returning to school and eventually graduating in 1995, Trent formed the award-winning company Baseline SportsMedia, a leader in graphic design and the production of sports promotional and marketing material.  As principle designer and later creative director, Trent led Baseline in producing award winning marketing campaigns and collateral for clients such as the Universities of Georgia, Tennessee, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Notre Dame, Boston College, the Atlanta Braves, CSTV, Comcast and the NCAA to name a few.

In 2006, Trent led Baseline SportsMedia into a new area of sports marketing – the world of sports audience event photography – by launching an operation at Turner Field with the Atlanta Braves. Baseline grew to become a leading provider of the service better known as “Fan Photography”, and within three years launched operations at more than 20 professional and collegiate teams nationally including the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Angels.  The growth earned Allen recognition by the University of Georgia Alumni Association as the #3 Fastest Growing Company among UGA Alumni in 2010.

In 2010, Baseline SportsMedia was acquired by Printroom, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based online e-commerce fulfillment platform for professional photographers and official platform and photo service providers to the sports and entertainment markets including Major League Baseball, the Kentucky Derby, Nasdaq, The Price Is Right television game show and more.  Trent was named Executive Vice President with Printroom and head of their Photo Services business unit which partners with over 50 sports and entertainment properties and employs over 400 people nationwide.

In 2012, Printroom’s Fan Photo business was acquired by Brand Affinity Technologies (BAT), a technology and marketing services company that focuses on activating, engaging and monetizing the fan along with other marketing products and services through their fan activation platform Fantapper.  Trent continues on as a part of BAT’s executive team in his role as VP of Photo Operations.
